Every change and revision request are checked by proofing experts to ensure the highest level of accuracy. The publishing and proofing experts that serve as your Editor will watch for obvious errors and will make expert recommendations for improvements to your manuals while processing changes and revisions. 

 Example: Each change request takes an average of ten minutes to complete, and each revision request takes an average of four hours to complete.
