Can I add more Readers or Editors as my needs grow?
Yes. Web Manuals is built to scale with your organization. You can add Reader or Editor licenses at any time, and pricing is based on your current plan.
What does "no cap" mean on Professional and Enterprise?
There is no hard limit on how many editors, readers, documents or compliance libraries you can have. Each editor and reader license is still billed at the per-license price for your plan, so your total cost grows with your team.
What is a Compliance Library?
The Compliance Library is a collection of regulatory content and industry standards that helps you keep your manuals up to date and compliant. It includes templates and requirements for authorities like EASA, FAA and ICAO, saving time and reducing compliance risk.
What is included in the Essentials package?
The Essentials package includes five Reader licenses and two Editor licenses. It provides all the core features needed for document compliance, along with access to Academy+ and the Compliance Library as add-ons.
What is included in the Professional package?
The Professional package includes configurable workflows, document tagging and enhanced compliance options. It also gives access to additional services such as Amelia AI, Academy+ and compliance tools.
What is included in the Enterprise package?
The Enterprise package includes all the features of the Professional plan and adds advanced customization, integration options (APIs, single sign-on connectors) and premium compliance tools.
What is Amelia AI?
Amelia AI is Web Manuals' AI-powered search tool. You ask questions in natural language, and Amelia retrieves precise, context-aware answers from within your manuals, making document retrieval fast and reliable.
What is Academy+?
Academy+ is Web Manuals' training solution for admins and editors. It offers flexible learning options, including interactive self-paced e-learning courses and live expert-led training sessions.
