Following your purchase, we will get in touch with you to integrate the Compliance Library into your Web Manuals application.
The requirements of the library are presented in a hierarchal manner for easy and intuitive navigation. This also enables authors to work at levels all the way from entire sections to specific regulations.
The requirements in the library can be connected to specific headings in the manuals authored in the Web Manuals application.
Compliance requirement connections are automatically tracked by the Web Manuals application to ensure full compliance with the regulations and standards. When the corresponding authority publishes an update for certain requirements, the Web Manuals application prompts the relevant users to make the necessary changes in their manuals. This is done in multiple ways:
- The Compliance Library view lists all changes and marks the outdated connections
- The Checklist view lists the outdated connections in a similar manner
- If configured so, the Editor and/or the Reader view marks the headings in red
Moreover, all additions, removals, and changes made to the requirements are listed individually in the Amendments view.
The application can also keep track of requirements that have been documented and or/reviewed. Likewise, individual requirements can be assigned to the users that are to be responsible of them, so that only they may confirm the documentation or the review of specific requirements.
