Service Description
Upon request, Lift Airline Support Ltd. provides the service for Web Manuals’ users to link EASA Compliance Library items to their manuals. The service is available to new and existing Web Manuals users who have added EASA Compliance Libraries to their subscription.
Once the links have been created, the automatic library updates will flag throughout the documentation where changes to the regulations have an impact on the content. This way, the relevant persons can easily see where they need to review the documentation to make sure it complies with the regulatory changes.
Scope of Work
The service is offered at an hourly rate.
For operators that have an existing compliance matrix (e.g. Excel table), approximately 30-40 items can be linked per hour.
The consultancy service also includes a validity check of the text in the manual in relation to the linked item.
Individual time estimates can be done for operators that do not have an existing compliance matrix or that have an outdated one. However, if the manuals follow the EASA AMC and GM structure, 10 items per hour is a reasonable level to expect.
Terms of Purchase
After clicking purchase, the user is encouraged to have a short discussion with the service provider to define the scope of work to be done. Once this is agreed, Web Manuals will add the initially agreed hours to the customer invoicing.
If the service provider deems the hours agreed to be insufficient, they shall inform the customer and get confirmation for additional hours to be charged.
